Specialist Training Project

A training course for experts in wearable smart devices
(Recruitment announcement for General Graduate School students)
Characteristics
  • Specialized curriculum in the field of wearable software
  • The program goes beyond theory-centered lectures and cultivates practical skills through industrial-academic projects and field practices (internship).
  • Provides the applied practical courses and advanced courses from EKTI.
  • The instructors include field experts from private companies, researchers from specialized laboratories, and regular faculty members.
  • It is a prerequisite condition that the graduates from this course be hired by companies related to wearable smart devices.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree holders of a science or engineering major (including the students who are scheduled to graduate in August 2018)
  • Average grade 3.0/4.5 minimum
  • Or individuals who are recognized by the law to have an equivalent level of education.
Admission Process
  • Documentary review and interview (Application forms and documents must be submitted by no later than May 10, 2018 17:00).
    * The forms can be obtained from the office of the School of Software.

  • Provides opportunities for industrial-academic projects and field practices (internships).
  • The graduates of this program will be endowed with a course graduation certificate (KDIA), a training completion certificate (KETI), and an industrial-academic project participation/certificates for field practices (issued by the participating companies).
  • Bonus points are provided if the graduates are hired by a participating company (SMBs in the field of wearable technology).
  • Supports available for job-seeking program (matching between the job-seeks and the companies, provides supports for participating in job fairs, etc.)
  • Awards for participation and outstanding presentations in Idea Competitions and Technology Open Academy.
